The Better Home Blueprint books are digital products sold on this site, with payment processed by Stripe. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to read the books and to print the checklists and worksheets for your own use. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

Each file can be downloaded up to three times from the link on your download page, and three more from the link in your order email. If you run out, write to hello@betterhouseblueprint.com and we will reset it.

The books are for general education only and are not engineering, architectural, legal, financial, tax or insurance advice. Building codes, zoning, permits, lending and insurance vary by location; your local authorities and licensed professionals govern your project.
